What weight does
- Lighter paddles (under 7.6 oz): faster hands at the kitchen, easier on the elbow, less plow-through on drives.
- Mid-weight (7.6–8.0 oz): the sweet spot for most all-court players.
- Heavy (8.0+ oz): more put-away power, more spin, but slower reactions and harder on the arm over a long session.
- Swing weight matters more than static weight for fatigue. Ask any pro shop.
